The Diocese occupies a 20,300sf limestone building in downtown Newark.
The project included the study of six options for accommodating the program more efficiently as well as reducing on-going operating and maintenance costs. The study included creation of as-built drawings for the existing building and the new site, programming, planning and design of the options, and cost estimates for each. The project entails the reorganization of the existing building and the upgrade or replacement of the existing systems.
