The purpose of the Study was to provide a conceptual design with three options for the expansion and re-design of space for Cornell Career Services (CCS).
Barnes Hall is an historic building in the center of campus which has experienced numerous renovations in the past.
The Conceptual Design included a determination of the programming requirements and the development of three options based on construction cost levels of $1M, $2M and $3.5M. These conceptual designs included renderings, floor plans, general MEP requirements, and conceptual cost estimates.
