Residence on Madison Avenue Private Client New York, NY
This 1,400sf apartment was completely re-built. All partitions, casework, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and all finishes are new. A powder room was added; the master bathroom was enlarged to include a 3 x 5 shower; a new walk-in closet was created, and the highly-finished kitchen was opened up to the adjoining living spaces. Walnut cabinets, dark-stained floor, natural stone surfaces and grass cloth wall-covering compliment the Owner’s collection of vintage Mid-century Modern furniture.
Subsequently, the Owner purchased the adjoining apartment and the two were merged with a new master bedroom, study, master bath, and walk-in closet.
