This project is comprised of a completely new kitchen, pantry and bathroom in an existing addition to a 1910 townhouse. Small windows were removed and wide bays added to introduce light & air and to add more space.
Subsequent phases include restoration of extensive wood paneling, stained glass and other original finishes, as well as the replacement of the bathrooms.
The exterior work was reviewed and approved by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.
