Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Courthouse General Services Administration Brooklyn, NY

This project includes the renovation of 25,100sf in this building on the National Register of Historic Places. The original building was built in 1893 with a significant addition in 1933. It accommodates US Bankruptcy Administration and Offices, filling intake area, IT training rooms, new bathrooms, and an exterior courtyard space. It includes all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data, and security systems.
