Statler Hotel Guestroom Suites Renovation Cornell University Ithaca, NY
Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration is regarded as the world leader in its field. The Statler Hotel, adjacent to the School, provides its students with the place to develop and hone their management skills. This project included the phased renovation of the seven guestroom floors with a total area of 73,500sf. The hotel remained in operation during the work. Each 10,500sf floor was renovated in overlapping six week phases in order to minimize the number of rooms out of service at any one time.
